The christening of the book and DVD about the history of the Divišová quarter took place in the cultural house U Antoníček with the participation of almost 150 guests who came to honor and celebrate an important project dedicated to local history. The event started with a solemn singing of the national song and a subsequent author's reading from the book, which introduced key moments and stories recorded in the book to those present.

The program continued with a theater performance performed by local residents, who portrayed the classic fairy tale "Twelve moons". This cultural insert contributed to the enrichment of the overall atmosphere of the evening and enhanced the sense of belonging among those present.
The highlight of the evening was the launch of the book and DVD itself, accompanied by thanks to everyone who helped make this project happen with their participation or financial support. At the end, the citizens who contributed financially to the printing of the book, the production of the DVD and the organization of the festive event received the books.
The highlight of the entire festive day was a dance party, which provided an opportunity for informal meetings and conversations. The entire evening thus became not only a celebration of the history of the Divišová quarter, but also a manifestation of local togetherness and appreciation of the efforts of everyone involved in this project.

Celebration of the 90th anniversary of Divišová quarter

It must have been a great event, something like the Diviška Olympics! It started with little dancers led by Martina Dufková - they performed dances that would make even professionals pale with envy!
Then came the majorettes, who took their performances so seriously that they could march even in a tornado. The moderator started an interview with the oldest citizen of Diviška, who remembered almost the entire content of the book.

Then Silák Franta came on the scene - a man who could defeat a wild boar with one hand and open a preserve with the other. His stunts left the audience with their mouths open, but most importantly, their chins didn't just drop in amazement!
The musical part belonged to the legends Marta and Tena Elefteriad, who sang so that even the birds stopped for a moment in the air.
At the end, the football players came up with funny skits that they had to practice all afternoon, and the cheerleaders valiantly supported them.
The music band then continued until late in the evening – everyone had a blast and everyone took home a smile from ear to ear and stories to tell for a long time to come!
